NO SUBSTITUTE Neocurtasal is a substitute. People who need substitutes can find them in the food market. But there is no substitute for God's remedy for sin. Man has tried to introduce his sub- stitutes -- good works, self-effort, and others -- but these do not measure up to God's requirement. "Without the shedding of blood is no remission of sin.” (Hebrews 9:22). You can never afford to accept a blood substitute -- a transfusion, yes; but never a substitute! And when you consider the all-important question of your soul's salvation, don't do it then. The way of the Cross still leads home. It always has and always will. Neocurtasal is a substitute for salt. But there is no sub~ Stitute for the blood of Jesus Christ. β€œThe blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanseth us from all sin." (I John 1:7). Arthur H.
