Chili Beef Patties Casserole 2 lbs. ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 1 28-0z. can tomatoes salt and pepper Ys cup Pacific milk 1 can whole kernel corn Y2 to % t. or more chili powder or to taste Mix ground beef, 112 t. salt, sprinkle of pepper and milk to make patties. Precook patties in 300 oven for 20-25 mins. and drain fat off. Meanwhile saute onions until transparent and mix with corn, tomatoes, 1/2 t. salt and chili powder (to your own liking). Milettes’ Barbecue Special Y4 |b. ground beef 1 T. mustard Y2 cup diced or cubed cheese Y4 cup diced onions 1 T. green relish Make a large hamburger patty with the ground beef. Cover with mustard, cheese, onions and relish. Fold over and seal edges. Cook on barbecue for approx. 10 mins. each side. Fit for a King! Art. Milette Laurier, Man. Lazy Holopchi 2 cups steamed rice 2 cups shredded cabbage Y2 |b. hamburger 1 med. onion bacon (optional) 4 -5 T. butter 1 can tomato soup 2 t. salt dash pepper In mixing bowl mix partially steamed rice and cabbage. Add salt and pepper. In frying pan melt butter, add diced onion and hamburger and fry until slightly brown. Add to rice and cabbage mixture. Grease large casserole dish, put in rice and cabbage mixture, add can of soup. Lay strips of bacon on top, cover and put into oven at 250 and let bake until rice is tender. About 1'/2-2 hrs.
