STIR: At extra low speed to reconstitute dry
milk solids and frozen juices, dissolve gela-
tine, prepare instant puddings, and pre-
pare malts and shakes.

PUREE: Cooked or uncooked fruits and vege-
tables for perfect baby foods and special
diet foods.

WHIP: Cream and prepare thin batters and sauces.
