Salad Dressing | at 'C. Laskey

1 scant cup sugar 1 tbsp. flour

1 tbsp. mustard 1 cup cream

1 tep» salt 4 eggs beaten

1 tsp. pepper 1 cup vinegar not too
strong

Mix in order given and cook until thick.

1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp. dry mustard &
2 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix above with: ; 1 cup milk

Adds

2 eggs beaten

Heat in double boiler until mixture comes to boil. Remove
from heat and adds

1/2 cup boiling water 1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup white sugar — dj tsp. mustard

Mix sugar and mustard. Beat eggs well. Add sugar and mustard ©
mixture. Beat well. Add vinegar and beat well. Cook until
thick, stirring constantly. Dilute with cream as needed.
