Beat 2 eggs in bowl and add along with dissolved yeast to lukewarm liquid in saucepan. Pour liquids into well in flour and stir with large spoon until! liquid disappears (about one-half minute). With one hand start mixing dough in bowl, using swinging rotary motion, gradually forming dough into one large smooth ball. Continue for 5 minutes. Dough will be sticky at first but gradually become smooth with mixing. If it remains sticky, add up to | cup more flour.
