45 SEAFOOD KABOBS 1 pkg. frozen shrimps 1 can frozen oysters 1 pkg. frozen scallops 1/2 cucumber, chopped in chunks 4 rashers bacon Pre-prepare shrimp as shown in package directions, then marinate for 3 hours in - Marinate: 1/3 c oil 3 tbsp lemon juice 3 tbsp chili sauce 1 garlic clove 1/2 cucumber thinly sliced Thread 4 kabob skewers alternately with, a marinated shrimp, a scallop and a slice of cucumber. Thread one end of a slice of bacon, then an oyster and thread the other end of the bacon slice & another oyster, so that the bacon rasher encloses both oysters at one side. Add a slice of cucumber, shrimp & scallop, bacon & oyster in turn until end of skewer. Marinate and turn skewer frequently, cooking over greying coals for 5 mins. or until cucumber slices are limp.
