TERMS: All items listed are net.

Cash discounts have been deducted and the prices named are your Net costs F.O.B.
Winnipeg, except when shown that a Freight Allowance will be made. To merchants
with approved credit, all accounts are Due and Payable net on receipt of Invoice. All
accounts remaining unpaid after thirty days from date of shipment, subject to interest
charge at the rate of 8% per annum until paid.

WE MAKE NO EXTRA CHARGE for less than original packages except where shown in
catalogue, being largely on bulk goods which have to be weighed out and cannot be
handled without loss, such as Bulk Cereals, Rice, Tapioca, Nuts Shelled and Unshelled.,
etc.

We make no extra charge for ordinary materials used in re-packing goods ready for
shipment. All merchandise delivered to Transportation Company free of charge.

All prices are subject to market changes.
Decline in price effective immediately on advice
Advance in price of any commodity will be made only when absolutely necessary.
Prices in this catalogue cover goods shipped from our Winnipeg warehouse only.

RETURNED GOODS:—All goods returned without our authorization will be at shipper’s
risk. Our acceptance of such goods may be refused upon arrival at our warehouse.

SHIPMENTS :—It is important that you examine all boxes and cases carefully before
accepting from the carrier, as our responsibility ceases when goods are delivered to
and signed for, by the Transportation Company, but we will gladly assist you in es-
tablishing any claim with the carrier, for satisfactory adjustment.

CLAIMS :—/nvoice date and number must accompany all claims. Claims for bad order
goods, errors or shortages must be made immediately on receipt of goods. Claims for
leaks and swells must be made within four months from date of our invoice.
