20 MELON BOWLS For a small number of servings cut casaba, Persian, cranshaw, honey- dew melons or cantaloupe in half zig-zag fashion. Remove seeds and cut fruit out with melon baller. Pile shell with any combination of fruit. For a larger number of servings scallop edges of halved watermelon and proceed as above. Douse with any favorite fruit salad dressing. MELON RINGS Lettuce, or other greens Cantaloupe balls Cantaloupe or melon slices, Blueberries peeled Any fruit salad dressing Watermelon balls METHOD: Arrange cantaloupe or melon slices on greens. Prepare melon balls with melon baller or measuring spoons. Pile fruit in center. Top with any creamy fruit salad dressing.
