PACKING AND LABELING GOLD STANDARD BAKING POWDER

Immediately after the Baking Powder is mixed it is placed
into air-tight metal compartments so that none of the strength will
be lost by exposure to air or moisture. From these compartments
or storage bins it then passes down through pipes to the packing
tables, (as shown above) where rows of tins stand open ready to

correct. [hen a cover is fitted on the top of each one and iteis
passed along to be wiped and polished.

This accomplished it is carried to still another table where it
i3 sealed with a label as a product worthy of our trade mark and
guarantee.

Anyone can see that there is little lost motion. There is no
delay or break in the work {rom the preparing and testing of the
raw material to the shipping out of the finished product. Each
worker has only a small portion of the whole to do but that por-
tion must be done perfectly. Whether it be the mixing of a ton
of Baking Powder or the placing of a label just so, rigid exactness
is required,
