BEET. JELLY ~ Mavis Wilson

4c. juice 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. certo crystals

Bring this mixture to a boil.

Add 6 c. sugar. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 6 minutes.
Let stand for a minute; skim off top. Seal in sterile jars.
