Mix the flour, suet, sugar, soda and
spices together. Add the remaining

14 cup brown sugar ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Just
Juice and grated rind of 1 add sufficient milk to make a drop

GOLDEN SUET
PUDDING

2 cups flour
2 oz. grated suet
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
cup Rogers’ Golden Mix flour, salt and baking powder
Syrup together. Work in the grated suet.
Add enough water to mix into a
soft dough. Put Golden Syrup in the
bottom of a pudding bowl and put
the dough on top. Steam for 21% hours.
NOTE: Here you have pudding and
sauce in one bowl. Whipped cream
can be used as a garnish, but it is

not necessary.
