to 1. HOW DO YOU LIKE YOUR EGGS? Baked An easy way to prepare eggs for that special “brunch” or supper is bake them. Grease individual baking dishes or custard cups or large casserole, depending upon number of eggs to be prepared. Break eggs one at a time into cup and slip into dish. Pour a little melted butter or cream over top of eggs, sprinkle with fine bread crumbs or grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven 350°F., 12 to 15 minutes or until done to desired degree. Serve at once. WAYS TO USE BAKED EGGS For breakfast serve: — baked in bacon lined dish; — baked in buttered crumb or toast lined dish; — baked in hollowed out tomato shell. For supper, luncheon or snack serve: — baked in sauce, soup or creamed vegetables; baked in baked potato . . . remove slice from top or side of baked potato. Carefully remove potato, mash, season to taste with butter, cream or milk, salt and pepper and onion if desired. Restuff shell. Make depression in potatoes and carefully slip an egg into each one.
