QUICK SALMON CRISP - Mrs. A. L. Cliarke Temperatune 450° for about 20 minutes 2 ¢ canned salmon 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning 1/4. tsp salt 1/2 tso celery seed 2 tbs minced green pepper I/4+ tsp pepper li 1/2 ¢ soft bread crumbs 1 tbs melted butter I tbs; finely minced onion or Milk I tsm onion juice 4 slices bacon cut up Grease a six cup baking dish. flake salmon, reserving liquid. Blend salt and greem pepper into salmon. Place im baking dish. Toss together crumbs, onion, poultry sea- soning, celery seeds, pepper and melted butter. Add enough milk to: salmon liiquid to make 1/2 cup. Mix inbo bread crumb mixture. Pile lightly on top of the saimon. Sprinkle chop- ped uncooked bacon on top. Bake in pre-heated oven until thonoughly. heated and topping iss crisp. Serves: + or 5
