= $8 a DANISH PUDDING - Ro - Gro 1 package of frozen raspberries. Put in saucepan and add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil for three minutes. Take off stove and put through sieve to take out seeds. Put back into saucepan (juice) add 1% cups of white sugar, thicken with potato flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour into serving dishes and sprinkle with white sugar. When cool serve with cream. Mix 2 eggs, well beaten % cup cold water about 1 cup flour, enough to make a runny dough 3. Pour slowly into boiling water, using knife to cut globs of dough as it falls from bowl into pan. Stir. GERMAN SAUSAGE 1 1b ground beef 1 tsp. pepper % 1b bacon (cut fine) Z2r€Sp,. salt * 1b bread crumbs 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 well beaten eggs Mix all ingredients, form into an oblong loaf. FRUIT PLATZ OR FRUIT CAKE (German) + cup margarine + cup cream or milk 1% cups flour %k6pas salt 14 tsp. baking powder 1 egg, beaten Mix all ingredients using enough flour to make a fairly soft dough. Pat dough into a pan to make a thin layer. Place plum halves, cut side down over dough. Sprinkle with % cup sugar and 2 tsp. minute tapioca. Sprinkle over this a crumb mixture of 3/4 cup flour, % cup sugar and % cup butter, rubbed to crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the crumbs are lightly browned.
