«5% LEMON SQUARES (DESSERT) 24 graham wafers (crushed) +c. margarine, melted 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 lemon jelly powder 4c. boiling water 4c. sugar Juice and rind of 1 lemon 1 smail c. evaporated milk Combine graham wafers, margarine and brown sugar. nave half for the top. Press remainder into greased 8 inch square dish. Over jelly powder pour boiling water, sugar, lemon juice and rind. Wix well. Cool. Whip evaporated milk and stir in lemon mixture. Pour over lined pan. Cover with remaining crumb mixture and put into refrigerator. Mrs. W. E. Kruger CHERRY DELIGHT DESSERT For 9" -10" baked crust or graham wafer crust. | 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese + pt. whipped whipping cream 4c. icing sugar 1 can cherry pie filling 4 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt Cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and salt. Add whipping cream - folding cream in lightly. Pour into pie shell and top with cherry pie filling. Let stand in refrigerator for at least l2 hours before serving. Mrs. A. Humphries
