Plump and juicy grapefruit sections ccmbined with cottage cheese, shrimp and greens make a handsome and tasty salad. Florida Dressing is most appropriate. GRAPEFRUIT TEMPTER Yield: 6 servings 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 2 tbsps. lemon juice 2 tbsps. sugar 1 -15 oz. can grapefruit Ye tsp. salt sections, drained 1% cups liquid, drained from Yq cup celery, thinly sliced grapefruit sections, Yq cup apples, cubed plus water 1 tsp. crystalline ginger METHOD:Combine first three ingredients in saucepan. Add Y cup of liquid to gelatin mixture. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add other liquids. Chill to unbeaten egg white consistency. Fold in all other ingredients. Turn into 3 cup mold. When set, unmold, serve on greens with mayonnaise. LOGANBERRIES Use same recipe as suggested for blackberries. MELON ARRANGEMENTS MELON BOATS Quarter cantaloupe, or casaba, Persian, cranshaw or honeydew melon. Remove seeds and cut fruit into cubes. Combine with any other available fresh fruit and pile on shell.
