Assemble the following:

Rolling pin. Sharp knife.

Muffin Pans. ,

Shortening or butter — 3
tablespoons (preferably
butter)

Small bowl for melting
shortening

Pastry Brush 4

Tea Towel or piece of cloth |
same size.

Wire cake rack.

Melt shortening and use
some of it to grease
muffin pans thoroughly.

Roll out dough to form
rectangle 12 x 10 inches
and 14 inch thick. Loosen
dough from board several
times during rolling to
make sure dough does
not shrink.
