Pineapple Pudding
cup lemon jello
cups hot water
cups cold water
pkg. marshmallows (small colored)
cups whipped cream
cups crushed pineapple (drained)
Yo t. salt
Pour hot water over jelly powder, stir until dissolved. Add cold water and chill
until slightly thickened.
Add marshmallow to mixture.
Whip cream and fold in pineapple.
Mix everything together and spread in pan 11 2x17.

Pineapple Delight
1% cups icing sugar
2 eggs
Y2 cup butter
24 graham wafers

1 cup whipped cream

1 tin crushed pineapple (drained)

Cream butter, sugar, add eggs. Place layer of crushed wafers in bottom of cake
pan. Spread sugar and butter mixture over, spread this with a knife dipped in hot
water, next spread whipped cream then pineapple over this. Top with remaining
crushed graham wafers. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Cherry Cheese Cake
22 cups graham wafer crumbs
Y2 cup melted margarine
1 pkg. dream whip
1 8-oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
Y2 cup icing sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
Mix crumbs and butter. Place in 8x8 pan. Beat icing sugar into whipped cream
along with cheese. Spread cherry pie filling over top. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Fruit Salad
1 can tangerines drained
1 can pineapple chunks drained
Y2 |b. green grapes
1 large firm banana sliced
1 large diced apple
Combine above with whipped cream.
