if DESSERTS | OPERA ROLL ยง 30 marshmallows, cut fine 30 graham wafers (rolled fine) 1 lb. glazed cherries (cut 1 c, chopped walnuts fine) fine coconut or chopped wainuts 1 can sweetened condensed milk Place marshmallows, graham wafers, walnuts and cherries in large bowl. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Take out of bowl enough mixture to make a medium size roll. (You can make 3 or 4 rolls.) Roll in coconut or walnuts. Melt together: 3 sq. chocolate (bitter) 2 Tbsp. butter Cool a bit before adding into egg mixture. Add: 1/2 c. wainuts 30 marshmallows (cut up into fourths) Roil up in graham wafers or coconut, put in the refrig- erator for 4 hours, Cut into slices.
