TOFFEE 1 1/3 cups (15 oz. can) 1/2 cup corn syrup sweetened condensed milk 6 tbsp. rapeseed oil 2 cups brown sugar 1/8 tsp. salt Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Cook over low flame and stir until mixture forms a hard ball when tested in cold water or it reaches the hard ball point on a candy ther- mometer. Remove from heat, pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into pieces.
