Set pan in a bowl of ice cubes and water. Set the pan in the refrigerator, stirring frequently until the gelatin mixture is chilled and mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. Whip egg whites until foamy; gradually beat in re- maining sugar, beating until stiff. Whip cream; fold with egg whites into the gelatin mixture, blending thoroughly. Spoon into a 6to 7 cup ring mold. Chill until firm. To serve unmold and decorate with a holly wreath made of gumdrops and cinnamon can- dies. Serves 10.
