Here are some suggestions: Add to a small can of (crushed) pineapple and heat. Serve as a dressing over canned pears. Add to mayonnaise as a fruit dressing. Put over ice cream for sauce. Serve with cheese and crackers for dessert. REDUCERS LIKE SALAD DRESSING Beat 2 eggs slightly, add %4 cupful lemon juice, ™% cupful pineapple juice and 2 tablespoonfuls sugar. Reducer’s mayonnaise is another dressing, low in calories: REDUCER’S MAYONNAISE Two egg yolks, % teaspoonful salt, 2 tablespoonfuls vinegar or lemon juice, 1% cupfuls mineral oil. Add salt to eggs, blend, add vinegar, add oil very slowly, beating all the while. Toward the last you may add oil a little faster. There are 57 calories in 1% cupfuls of the dressing or about 3 to a level tablespoonful. QUICK THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING One teaspoonful salt, sugar, mustard, 1 egg, 2 tablespoonfuls vinegar. Combine mixtures and beat in sufficient oil to make a right consistency.
