Heat oven to 350 deg. (mod.). Mix all ingredients thor- oughly. Bake 1% hrs. or until cooked. For catsup-topped loaf, spread 3 ~ 4 tbsp. catsup on top before baking. Serve hot or cold. (Serves 8) Poppy Guenard TUNA CASSEROLE 1 c. chopped onions 2 tins flaked tuna 1 c. chopped celery 1 tin chinese noodles 2 tins mushroom soup Seasoning to taste Mix onions, celery, soup, and tuna in casserole. Mix about % to % of noodles in with mixture. Sprinkle re- mainder of noodles on the top. Cover and bake for 30 — 40 mins. in a pre-heated oven of 400 deg. Mrs. Harry Kirk CHEESE AND SALMON CASSEROLE lc. milk 1 c. grated cheese 2 tbsp. butter (med. to strong) 2c. soft bread 1 1b. can salmon (flaked) crumbs 2 eggs Scald the milk and then melt the butter in it. Add the bread crumbs. Allow to cool for about 3 mins. and then add the grated cheese, the salmon and the juice in the can. Beat the eggs well and add them to the mixture. Stir well.
