Lightly brush a loaf pan (4% to 8% inches, top inside measure) with salad oil. For Cheese Layer, combine: 1 tbsp. gelatin Few drops Tabasco Sauce 4% cup cold water 1 tbsp. grated onion cream until soft 1 Ib. % tsp. salt Silverwood’s Cottage Cheese % cup mayonnaise or and gradually blend in. other thick dressing Dissolve gelatin over hot water; add to cheese mixture and blend together quickly. For Tomato Layer combine: 3 tbsp. gelatin 3 cups tomato juice 1 cup tomato juice and let stand % tsp. granulated sugar 9 min. then dissolve over hot 1 tsp. grated onion water. Stir in. % tsp. celery salt Pour over cheese mixture. Chill until firm. Unmould. Decorate with bits of ripe olive and pimento. SALMON COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 1 cup minced salmon 1 cup Silverwood’s Cottage Cheese % cup chopped celery % cup salad dressing % cup chopped sweet pickle Combine all ingredients. Chill. Serve on lettuce. Yield. STUFFED CELERY Fill crisp stalks of celery with cottage cheese. Arrange them petal fashion on a round chop plate and fill the centre with olives.
