DREAM CAKE No. 1

14 cups flour
4 cup butter or margarine
1 tbsp. icing sugar

2 eggs, well beaten

1 cup brown sugar

cup cocoanut

cup walnuts

tsp. vanilla

tbsp. flour

tsp. baking powder

Combine together flour, margarine, icing sugar and crumble,
Pack firmly into small cake tin. Into this add the well
beaten eggs, mixed with sugar, cocoanut, walnuts, vanilla,
4 tbsp. flour and baking powder, Bake in 350 degree oven
until top is light brown and spongy. Cut in squares.

DREAM CAKE No. 2

4 cup melted butter 4 cup flour

1 cup brown sugar l egg beaten

2 tbsp. cocoa 2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter with brown sugar, add egg, cocoa, nuts, vanilla
and flour. Put in square cake tin and bake in moderate
oven, 350 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes. Put on following
icing while cake is still hot.

Icing
4 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. hot water
1 tbsp. cocoa # cup icing sugar

Note: This recipe does not require baking soda or mking
powder,
