CHRISTMAS GREEN SALAD
1 pkge. lime jelly powder
1 cup hot water
Cook and thicken but not set.
1 cup mayonnaise beaten into above mixture with
electric mixer or beater.
2 tbsp. horseradish 1 cup crushed pineapple
1 tub (120z.)cottage cheese (drained)
Mix all together and refrigerate until required.

CRANBERRY JELLY SALAD

2 cups cranberries 1% cups white sugar
1 orange 1 pkge. lemon jelly powder
1 apple 1% cups boiling water

*% cup diced celery
Put oranges, cranberries, apple through food chopper.
Add sugar and let stand one hour. Dissolve jelly
powder in boiling water, when it begins to set add
other ingredients and diced celery. Serve with or
without dressing. -

DESSERT SALAD

Dissolve contents of Wild Raspberry jelly powder in

1 cup boiling water. Add 4% cup pineapple juice. Chill
until slightly thickened. Fold in 1 1/3 cups drained,
crushed pineapple and % cup cottage cheese, blend well.
Whip % cup cream. Fold % cup chopped maraschino cherries,
% cup chopped almonds and cream into jelly. Pour into

| mold. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serves 8.

| FRUIT SALAD

1 pkge lemon jelly powder 1 cup shredded pineapple
ti 1 cup boiling water 1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup grated carrots

Dissolve the jelly powder in hot water, then add juice
| grated carrot and pineapple and set. Serve on lettuce
leaf with boiled cream dressing.
