Combine and blend in: 2 tbsps flour 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp salt dash paprika 1/2:tsp dry mustard Gradually add 3/4 cup water (1/2 cup homogenized milk can be used). Add 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add 1 cup grated cheese, stir until melted. CURRY SAUCE — Evelyn Karashinski 3 tbsps butter 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup chopped celery Saute together over medium heat until just about done. Add: 1 10 o0z can mushroom soup 1 tsp salt 1-1/2 cups milk 1 tbsp curry powder (if desired, more could be added for a hotter sauce.) Simmer over low heat for 20 - 30 minutes. Add chicken or turkey and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over rice. About 2 cups cooked meat. BARBECUE SAUCE — no name, but good intentions 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup vinegar 3 tbsps butter 1/2 cup water 1 cup ketchup 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsps brown sugar 1/8 tsp pepper 2 tsps prepared mustard salt to taste Slowly cook onion in butter in a saucepan until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes or longer. SEAFOOD COCKTAIL SAUCE — no name, but good — no name, but good intentions 1/2 cup ketchup 1-1/2 tsp horseradish 1/4 cup chili sauce 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 lemon pieces Place all ingredients in blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
