BRANDY BALLS 3 3/4 cup fine vanilla wafer crumbs 2 tsp. brandy flavouring 2 tbsp. cocoa 2 tbsp. water 1 cup finely chopped nuts powdered sugar 1/2 cup light corn syrup 36 maraschino cherries Grated semi-sweet chocolate Combine crumbs, cocoa, nuts, syrup, flavouring and water; mix well. Sprinkle powdered sugar on waxed paper, shape mixture into roll about 13" in diameter and slice. Shape each slice around a cherry. Roll in ground chocolate.
