Yield: 2 servings HAM-MACARONL _ 1 package (8-ounce) elbow 1 small onion, quartered macaroni Yq cup milk BAKE 1 cup sharp cheese cubes . 2 cups diced, cooked ham 1 can cream of celery soup Heat oven to 350°. Grease a 114-quart casserole. Cook macaroni, drain well and set aside. Blender-chop half the cheese, set aside. Put soup, onion, milk and remaining cheese into the OSTERIZER container, cover and process at BLEND until smooth. Mix macaroni, ham and sauce lightly in prepared casserole, sprinkle with chopped cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serves 6-8 CHICKEN 1 slice dry bread, broken into " medium onion, quartered pieces egg ENCORE 2 slices fresh bread, broken 1 teaspoon salt into pieces V4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups diced cold chicken Y2 teaspoon sage 1 cup diced celery Y cup butter, melted Heat oven to 375°. Grease baking pan. Blender-crumb dry bread. Empty onto waxed paper and set aside. Blender-crumb fresh bread and empty into mixing bowl. Blender- chop chicken, half at a time. Add to crumbs in bowl. Blender-chop celery and onion, add to chicken. Put egg and seasonings into OSTERIZER container, cover and pro- cess at STIR until well mixed. Add to other ingredients in bowl and mix well. Shape mixture into cylinders, brush with melted butter and roll in dry crumbs. Place in pre- pared pan, pour remaining butter over top, and bake 45 minutes. Serve with cream curry sauce.
