68 HOT CRACKER CRAB 12 oz crabmeat 2 oz Green capsicum 2 oz celery 2 oz shallots 2 tbsp parsley 1/2 c soda crackers crumbs salt dry mustard to taste 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 ยข botter 1/2 c cream Slice crab, celery, shallots, green capsicum finely.
