Fold in the following: 3 diced hard- 1 tbsp. each of diced cooked eggs green pepper, diced 4% c. diced. celery pimento and finely chopped onion Arrange 1 sliced hard-cooked egg in loaf pan or mold. Pour jello mixture on top. Chill until firm in fridge (not freezing unit) at least 60 minutes. Unmold and garnish with greens and additional mayonnaise. Serves 4-6.
