84 HOT TURKEY SALAD Ineke VanEk 2 ce diced turkey 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 ce chopped onion 1 can condensed cream of mushroom 1/2 ce chopped green pepper soup 1/2 ce chopped celery 1 ce milk 1/2 ce mayonnaise . Mix together all the ingredients. Pour 2 cups turkey broth, water or a combination of both into 1 1/2 cups of Minute Rice. Let stand for 5 minutes. Mix this in with other ingredients. Use 1/2 cup of shredded cheese to put over top. Bake in 350° F. oven for 30 minutes. CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE Linda DeJong 1 ce dry rice, Uncle Ben's is 3 cans water better than Minute Rice 1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup 8 chicken breasts, cut up, raw 1 can peas, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup Spread dry rice in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cut up chicken pieces on top, mix water and mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Bake 60 minutes at 350° F. TACO CHICKEN CASSEROLE Linda DeJong 1 pkg. taco chips or tortilla 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes chips 1/2 ce grated cheese, put on 1 lg- fryer, cooked, boned later 1/2 green pepper 1/2 ¢c, sour cream 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 T. flour l ce cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Line with crushed chips, then chicken (cut up). Combine remaining ingredients. Put cheese on the last 10 to 15 minutes of baking. Bake at 350° F. for 30 minutes.
