Lemon Cheese Cake J. McKay

1 large package cream cheese 1 package instant lemon
2 cups milk .. | | pudding

Cream cheese and blend in 1/4 cup milk. Add remaining milk
and pudding mix. Beat for one minute. Pour into crust and
sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

Grease pan 15 1/2 x10 1/2 x 3/4 inch deep; line with waxed
paper then grease paper. Beat eggs until thick and light in
color. Gradually beat in sugar then water. at low speed; add
flavoring and fold in dry ingredients until batter is smooth.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove waxed paper ~
and roll in towel. Sprinkle with icing sugar while warm. |
Cool, then unroll and Eur eee with jam, jelly or Tilling.. Holi

Stir butter to soften, add sugar. Add eggs one at a time.

Sift together flour, soda, salt. Add to creamed mixture. alter-
nately with cold water relate after ace addition. Bake at
