MOCHA FROSTING
3 tbsp. very strong hot coffee
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 cup icing sugar.

Add butter to coffee. When melted stir in cocoa and blend
well. Add icing sugar a little at a time until smooth.

Should be soft enough to spread easily.

This icing never hardens or crusts,

"TORTE'" CAKE
1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks - beat separately
3/4 cup flour 1 tbsp. baking powder

3 tabléspoons milk.

Beat 4 egg whites stiff. 3/4 cup w. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla, add to above and fold in.

Bake 25 mins. . oven 325. (Bake in layer cake pans).
Put pineapple pieces between layers, add whipping cream-

whipped cream on top - slivered almonds on top.
