Shape into 1 inch balls. Put in a large pot, add 4 quarts of water and bring to boil. Add all of the vegetables. Let simmer 1 hour. Then add the tomato soup, vermicelli and rice. Simmer for 1 hour. Makes a large amount, you can also freeze it.
