Chill several hours, Serves 8 to 10, CRANBERRY JEWEL SALAD 1 pkg. raspberry gelatine 2 cups Cranberries 1 cup hot water L orange + cup cold water 1 cup sugar Dissolve raspberry gelatine in hot water. Stir to dissolve. Add cold water and set aside to cool. Put raw cranberries and orange (quartered and seeds removed) through food chopper. Add sugar, mix well. When gelatine begins to thicken fold in cranberry-orange mixture. Pour into large mold and chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
