Cream 4 tablespoons butter, add 2 tablespoons fruit sugar, 34 cup Purity Flour and 1 egg, well beaten. 2. Roll out thinly, cut with cutter and place in muffin tin. 3. Drop 2 teaspoons raspberry jam on each cookie. 4. Cream 6 tablespoons butter, add 2 table- spoons fruit sugar, 144 cup Purity Flour and yolks of 2 eggs; mix well together. 5. Drop 2 teaspoons of mixture on top of jam in each muffin tin. 6. Bake in moderate oven of 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
