1 ce milk 1 tsp. vanilla

1 ce butter 2 ce flour

4 ce sugar 2 ce nuts

1/2 Ce cocoa

Mix and boil for 20 minutes the milk, butter, sugar and
cocoae Cool and add flour, nuts and vanilla. Pour onto cookie
sheet. Let harden and cut in squares.

CARAMEL CORN | Mrse Le Sandee
2 Ce brown sugar 1/2 tspe salt
1/2 ce white syrup 1/2 tspe soda
2 sticks (1 c.) oleo or 6 to 8 qte popcorn
butter

Boil sugar, syrup, butter and salt for 5 minutes only.
Remove from heat. Add soda. Pour this mixture over popcorn
in large pan. Bake in slow oven (250°) for 1 hour. Stir every
15 minutes.
