Wholewheat Muffins . wholewheat flour 2 eggs, beaten 2 ¢ 1 C. brown sugar | 1 Cc. sour milk. 1 t. baking soda , * C. melted butter or 1 t. baking powder . margarine Raisins or cut up dates Mix dry ingredients well. Then add the beaten eggs, sour milk and melted butter. Stir quickly until dry ingredients are just dampened. Spoon into muffin pans (greased). Bake at 350°F. for about 15 minutes. 10. Chocolate Raisin Fudge Loaf 2 C. sugar 4% t. cloves 1 ¢.c lata 4% t. cinnamon 3 C. water 1 t. salt 1 lb. seedless raisins 1 T. vanilla & C. cocoa ny Mix all the above ingredients together and boil for 10 minutes. Then let it cool. 4 Cc. flour 79 1 t. baking powder 1 t. baking soda Next add: Mix soda and baking powder into flour. Mix everything together and put into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350°F. for one hour.
