ICING: Mix in top of double boiler all the remaining jello in the fruit package plus % cup egg whites (2 small eggs), 1 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar, % cup water. Place over boiling water, beat on high speed of electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat and beat about 1 minute longer. Frost cake between layers, top.and sides. Mix cake ingredients in mixer, beat until smooth. Butter bundt pan and pat sliced almonds on to the sides and bottom of the pan, sprinkle with flour lightly. Pour cake batter gently into the bundt pan. Bake cake for 50-60 minutes at 325° and let it cool a bit. Invert and remove pan. The sauce is to be dribbled over the hot baked cake on the top, bottom and all sides. It must soak into the cake. Keep dribbling until all the | sauce is used. This is a very special cake.
