Irene Winn. 21/2 cups graham wafer 1/2 cup melted butter mixed crumbs (reserve 1/4 cup with 2 1/4 cups wafer for topping) crumbs Press this into pan 8x8 inches and place ina slow oven for 15 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup soft butter 1 1/2 cups sugar (1 cup of icing and 1/2 cup of brown) 2 eggs beaten until light Spread this over the first after it has been allowed to cool slightly. Place on top of this a large can of well drained pineapple, cover with 1/2 pint of whipped cream, sprinkle the 1/4 cup of graham wafer crumbs over the whipped cream and allow to set for a few houxs preferably in the refrigerator.
