Bring salted water to the boil, add cereal, stirring constantly until thoroughly mixed, and then cook according to chart. OR 2. Mix part of the cold water, salt and cereal together and add to the remaining boiling water and then cook according to chart. SPANISH RICE 4 slices bacon, diced 1% cup onion, chopped 4 cups cooked rice 1 teaspoon salt 4 teaspoon pepper 2% cups tomatoes 1%4 cup buttered bread crumbs Put bacon in the bottom of cooker and brown. Add onion and brown. Add other ingredients and sprinkle bread-crumbs over the top. Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 5 minutes. MEXICAN RICE CHILI 1 cup uncooked rice 2 cups hot water 4 cups tomatoes 4 to 5 slices bacon 1 onion, minced 1% teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar 1% tablespoons chili powder Cook bacon in the bottom of the cooker. Add other ingredients and cook at 15 pounds pressure for 15 minutes. Serve with grated cheese.
