PORK CHOPS OR STEAKS WITH SAUCE 4 pork chops or steaks Sauce: 1 tbsp. prepared 1 tbsp. tomato ketchup mustard 1 tbsp. brown sugar Melt 1 tbsp. margarine in frying pan. Add pork chops or steaks, wiped, and with fat edge slashed. Brown on one side. Turn and spread sauce on browned side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue cooking (covered) till done. Alida Thomson GOLDEN SCALLOP 4 tbsp. butter 4 hard cooked eggs 4 tbsp. flour 2c. canned kernel 20S. MEEK corn 1 c. grated cheese Salt, pepper Buttered crumbs Melt the butter and blend in the flour. Add the milk and cheese and cook until the cheese melts and sauce is thick and smooth. Drain corn; slice eggs and add to Sauce. Turn into a buttered baking dish and sprinkle the crumbs over the top.
