JELLIED LIME SALAD

i pkg. lime jelly powder ic. hot water plus 2 Tbsp.
vinegar

When it sets, whip and add 1 cup Miracle Whip salad
dressing. Add diced celery, lettuce, cucumber, carrots or

cabbage. Deviled ham may be added.

TOMATO JELLY

1 1/4 Tbsp. gelatin soaked 1 Tbsp. vinegar
in 1/4 c, cold water i Tbsp. onion juice
2c, tomato juice, heated 1 stalk celery

salt and pepper to taste

APPLE SALAD
Melt together and boil:
4 Tbsp. vinegar butter, size of egg
Beat together and add:

lL ege 1/2 c. sweet cream
1/2 c, sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch

Cook until thick in double boiler and use on chopped

apples. (Use while hot so apples do not darken),
