Mr. Robt. Duncan accompanied by
Mr, and /Mrs. Crossley was forced to
abandon his trip to Vancouver Fri-
day night when the car which convey-
ed the party was wrecked by collison
with a mill locomotive on the Yale road
crossing. Neither of the passengers
were ‘injured. The car is a Chevrolet,
owned by A. R. Gosling, and was con-
‘siderably damaged, a new frame radia-
tor, fenders and other parts being re-
quired for its repair.

rived in Abbotsford last week taking up
their residence in the G. N. railway
station house. Mr. Anderson takes
over the local G. N. depot as permanent
successor to the late G. W. Cameron,
