Marge Sims PEANUT BUTTER SLICES 2 cup white sugar 9 -oz. jar peanut butter ¥2 cup corn syrup 2 cups cornflakes Salt 1 cup rice krispies 1 tsp. vanilla Put in double boiler — sugar and corn syrup. Let sugar dis- solve — only barely — add salt and vanilla. Stir in peanut butter. Keep pan over water. Add cereal.
