SIROYAL YEAST CAKES (C Tea Rolls. 4 cups scalded milk. 3 tablespoons butter. 2 eggs. 1 tablespoon sugar. 1 teaspoon salt. 1 Royal Yeast Gake dissolved in 4 cup lukewarm water. Pour scalded milk over the sugar, salt and butter. When lukewarm put in two cups flour and the dissolved yeast, and allow to stand over night. In the morning add two well beaten eéss and enough flour to knead. Allow to rise until double in bulk, then form into long, narrow rolls and place to- gether in a well greased bread pan, brushing between each roll with melted butter. Allow this to rise until it doubles in bulk, then bake for 25 minutes in hot oven. Page 27
