Serves 6, JELLIED BEET AND CELERY SALAD 13 tbsp. gelatine + tsp. salt + cup cold water 1 tbsp. sugar 14 cups boiling water 1 cup beets, diced 1/3 cup cold vinegar, mild 4 cup celery, diced Soak gelatine in cold water, add boiling water and stir until gelatine is dissolved. Add vinegar, salt and sugar. Chill until partially set, then add beets and celery. Pour into individual mold. Chill. Unmold on lettuce leaves. Serves 6 to 8, SUMMER SALAD RING 1 pkg. lemon flavored fruit gelatine 1 cup hot water 2 cups Cottage Cheese tbsp. horseradish tsp. salt tsp. paprika cup lemon juice PHISH RD Dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Chill until thickened and syrupy. Stir in remaining ingredients; pour into 8-inch ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold by dipping in hot water for few seconds and place on lettuce lined platter. Fill center of ring mold with diced fresh vegetables,
