Italian Spaghetti Sauce
Fry together:
4 cups celery (chopped)
4 cups onions
Then add about 4 chillies
2 to 3 lbs. ground beef & fry several minutes
Add:
3 tins (28-0z.) whole tomatoes
1 tin (20 oz.) tomato juice
2 tins (52 oz.) tomato paste
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons Soya Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Bring all to boil and let simmer 21/2 to 3 hrs. Pour over cooked spaghetti and
serve.

Sweet and sour Sauce
44 cup brown sugar
3 T. flour
1 tin consomme
3 T. vinegar
2 T. soya sauce
Mix brown sugar and flour together. Add remaining ingredients. Good for meat
balls, chicken or spareribs.

Cole Slaw or Salad Dressing
Y2 cup white sugar
Y2 cup vinegar
4/3, cup cooking oil
1 t. dry mustard
1 t. (or less) celery seed
1 t. salt
Y2 t. garlic powder (if desired)
Put ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Keeps for one month in refrigerator.

Spanish Onion Sauce

Y4 cup vinegar

Y2 cup mazola oil

Y4 tsp. paprika

Y4 cup white sugar

1 tsp. salt
Y2 cup ketchup
Mix all ingredients together in jar and shake. Pour over sliced spanish onions.
