Sift flour, baking powder and salt and add. Add rolled oats, chocolate chips and walnuts and stir to blend. Spread in greased 13” x 9” x 2” pan and bake about 20 minutes, or until done, in 375 - degree oven. Cool to lukewarm and spread with Chocolate Glaze: 1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips 3 tbsp. light cream 2 tbsp. butter 1 cup sifted icing sugar Combine chocolate chips, butter and cream in small saucepan. Heat just until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and stir in icing sugar. Beat gently until glossy and of spreading consistency. Sprinkle ie finely chopped walnuts if desired. Add sugar and blend well. Cool slightly, then add well- beaten eggs, vanilla and nuts. Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Then add to the cocoa, stirring until thoroughly blended.
